These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our services, including tour packages, hotel bookings, and limousine transfers, primarily in the UAE. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Customer: Any individual or entity booking our services.
Services: Tours, hotel stays, limousine transfers, and related travel offerings.
Booking: A confirmed reservation for Services.
Supplier: Third-party providers such as hotels, tour operators, and transport companies.
These Terms apply to:

Customers booking tours, hotels, or limousine services through us.
Third parties interacting with our services or offerings.
Bookings are subject to availability and Supplier confirmation.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Provide accurate information (e.g., name, contact details, passport copy if required).
Ensure valid travel documents. We are not liable for denied entry or related issues.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment and the issuance of a booking voucher.
Included: Services listed in your itinerary (e.g., tours, hotel stays, transfers).
Excluded: Flights, visas, personal expenses, and meals unless specified.
A non-refundable deposit of 20–50% is required.
Full payment must be made prior to the start of the service.
Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
All prices exclude UAE VAT (5%) and any applicable tourism fees.
Cancellation fees:
More than 30 days before service: 20% fee
15–30 days before: 50% fee
Less than 15 days: 100% fee (non-refundable)
Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
We may cancel due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, unrest) or Supplier failure.
Refunds exclude non-recoverable costs (e.g., permits, booking fees).
Date or name changes require written notice and may incur additional charges.
Changes requested within 72 hours of service may not be accommodated.
We reserve the right to alter routes, hotels, or schedules due to safety or operational concerns. Comparable alternatives will be provided.
We act solely as intermediaries. Suppliers are responsible for service delivery.
We are not liable for accidents, losses, or injuries during tours or transfers.
Travel involves inherent risks. Customers are advised to obtain travel insurance.
Customers travel at their own risk.
Our liability is limited to twice the value of the booking per incident.
We are not liable for failure to perform due to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest
Government restrictions or advisories
Supplier insolvency or operational issues
All website content (logos, text, images) is the property of Al Firoza Land. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
We collect personal data for booking and regulatory compliance.
Data may be shared with Suppliers, payment processors, and UAE authorities.
We comply with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the service date.
Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts (Dubai).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Amendments: These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect once posted on the website.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
Severability: If any clause is found invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
